Sleep Lab Tech

Responsibilities:

• Under the direction of a physician, performs all types of diagnostic testing offered in the department.
• Performs routine patient assessments, scores sleep records, documents other test results, and collects and transmits biological specimens for analysis.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certification or Registered preferred.
• Must be enrolled in or have completed the A-STEP Online Self Study Modules. Non-registered technologists and technicians must complete the A-STEP Online Self Study Modules within two years of enrollment.
• CMA, PCT experience preferred.
• Current BLS required.
• Registered RPSGT preferred.
