This opportunity is a full-time, temp to hire position.
The company is located in Mesa right off the 60 fwy. They are a leader in manufacturing high quality RF cable assemblies for military, aerospace and space applications. You will be working on the flagship campus of one of the leading companies in the Aerospace Industry that encompasses 6 different divisions!

Job Duties:
- Weld connectors and cables using a laser welding machine
- Measure and pour ingredients into mixers
- Comfortable working in a dry vacuumed/filtered room
- Run cables through quality testing
- Work with engineers to troubleshoot
This opportunity is a perfect fit for someone who loves to learn and wants to build a career in aerospace.
Pay: $20-$22 Depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10am-6:30pm
- Lots of opportunity for overtime
- Saturday OT is available but not mandatory
Job Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience in a Quality/Testing role REQUIRED
- Must have good longevity in prior role (12 months preferred)
- Able to stand for up to 8 hours a day
- Prior machine operating experience is a plus!
- Able to read rulers and other tools of measurement
- Strong basic math skills
