We are currently seeking a SIU Investigator to conduct specific investigations for claims cases (i.e., workers' compensation, property, and automobile liability). Investigations may include recorded interviews, fraud detection, field investigations and working with outside experts and law enforcement.  The SIU investigator will prepare investigation reports and detailed comprehensive reports. 

Key job responsibilities include:

• Planning, conducting and managing the investigation of complex matters that may or may not involve suspicious or fraudulent elements while ensuring compliance with all applicable state statutes in regards to insurance fraud.  
• Performs financial analysis of premium audit records including banking and financial records to ascertain cases of employer fraud or misrepresentation to include any necessary state or department of insurance reports.
• Performs background checks and utilizes other techniques to gather information to support the case. Includes Social Media reviews, ISO searches, etc. Reviews surveillance vendor reports and performance statistics and makes recommendations to supervisor concerning vendor performance.
• Secures written and audio statements of interviews and investigations from providers, employers, employees, claimants, agents, policyholders, attorneys and others regarding cases involving fraud. This includes site investigations.  
• Conducts fraud awareness training for staff.

This role will be in our southwest region in Richardson, TX with the ability to work a hybrid schedule (3 days in office and 2 days remote).
