Supervisor Schedule:

Direct Care: Monday - Thursday 2 pm - 10 pm

Admin: 5 hours

(37 hours per week)

Compensation: $20.25 per hour

Pathways to Community (PTC) is a human services provider offering family and residential services to youth and adults with developmental disabilities through Supported Living Services Group Homes, Apartment Living Programs, and Family Services Programs. Our Site Supervisors are key players in the quality of care we offer.

This is a full time position that is eligible for PTO, both Medical and Dental Insurance, and 401(k).

Site Supervisor Responsibilities

The PTC Site Supervisors for our Residential Services program directly supervise the operations of their locations. They are on point to develop meaningful relationships with the staff and individuals at their sites to ensure services are delivered to the high standards required by PTC and government laws.  Success in this role is achieved through providing consistent and quality support of the population we serve, as well growth and development of direct report employees.

Besides ensuring their site safety and client overall well-being, our Site Supervisors serve individuals with a combination of high or low behaviors, high or low medical needs, and high or low functioning individuals in a variety of ways, which include:

• Deliver program services
• Providing quality room & board services
• Providing quality health & financial services
• Supporting individuals with daily needs
• Scheduling and planning meals and activities
• Scheduling and accompanying to medical appointments
• Administering medications
• Cooking and housework
• Ensuring house safety
• Transportation to appointments and community events
• Maintaining proper documentation and logs of all consumer based activities, medications, and other items in compliance with PTC and other guidelines, policies and regulations

They are also on point to develop and serve their employees through the following:

• Being accessible by phone Monday 9:00am - Friday 2:00pm
• Covering all/any shifts from Monday 9:00am - Friday 2:00pm
• Scheduling and covering work hours for proper care
• Participating in Site Supervisor activities and meetings
• Developing and mentor employees to help them succeed in their role
• Modeling PTC standards of care and culture
• Performance review participation
• Training employees on PTC standard of care within compliance of county and state laws and regulations
• Relationship development and management
• Collaboration
• Communication

Site Supervisor Qualifications

To be considered for the Site Supervisor position with us, you must have:

• Previous supervisor or lead experience working with others 
• Carry a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and have daily access to a reliable vehicle
• Hold an acceptable driving record
• Ability to cover shifts beyond your own as necessary
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to pass a DHS and nationwide criminal background check
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
