Site Supervisor

Qualified candidates will possess:
· At least 2 years of experience specifically managing a team in one of the following environments: college copy/printing center, retail copy/print shop, or corporate copy/print center. Mail center management is a plus
· At least 2 years of experience with directing staff members, presenting performance reviews, and making hiring decisions.
· At least 3 years of face-to-face customer service experience with a proven track record of keeping customers happy.
· Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
· Familiarity with design, print production and mail software/technology required
· Knowledge of digital workflow processes is a must
· Experience with daily mail sorting, distribution a plus
· Understanding and experience with offset print processes is a plus
· Creative layout knowledge and understanding of popular design programs a plus
· Business mail knowledge a plus/ knowledge of postal regulations is a plus
· Stable job history with no more than 3 jobs in the past 5 years.
· Bachelor degree preferred, High-School education a must.
· Proficient skill level with MS Office programs, email and Internet usage
· Hands-on operation of copy and mail equipment
· Lift packages that may exceed 40lbs
Requirements
The Site Manager’s responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
· Supervising all account operations, including personnel, equipment, service vendors, and operational systems.
· Training, guiding, and supervising all Customer Service Operators and/or Machine Operators to ensure effective account operation.
· Communicating consistently with customers to ensure that all services are performed with a high degree of satisfaction.
· Coordinating account production activities to meet all required client agreements.
· Develop/improve standard operating procedures for the site.
· Processing all billing and required reports
· Handling of inbound and outbound packages and industry tracking systems
· Managing staffing plans (including backup during absences and temp usage).
· Providing print solutions to clients
· Providing mail solutions to clients
· Identifying opportunities within existing accounts for revenue and profit growth.
