We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and willing to learn to fill the position of Job Site Supervisor (JSS). This position has the high potential for advancement within the company. This is a great opportunity to travel throughout the area to work on multi-site programs for both painting and renovation programs. The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with clients, crews and management and possess these 6 attributes:

1. Portuguese or Spanish speaking would be an asset
   
2. Willing To Learn
3. Construction knowledge helpful
4. Able to read plans
5. Great customer service
6. Able to work budgets with contractors
