SalaryIn collaboration with the Program Director or Director of Residential Services, the Site Supervisor is responsible for the over-all supervision of one home, and for providing residential supports to individuals with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, and/or brain injury.
Comprehensive orientation and training is provided.
Excellent work-life balance as a manager! Get overtime if you work over 40 hours and on call coverage is on a rotation with other managers!

Wednesday 9a-5p
Thursday 9a-5p
Friday 9a-5p
Saturday 8a-4p

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills required
Required Experience
- Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred
- A minimum of three years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities with at least one year in residential services required
