ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Visit customers and actively pursue and establish jobs.
· Gather, supervise and report hours for contractors on jobsites.
· Daily check of job sites or projects that are ongoing.
· Help the Manager in the gathering of bid information to include, Fabrication, Installation, Equipment, Electrical, concrete and dirt work.
· Aid in the issuing, tracking and closing of work orders.
· Aid in the Processing of Warranty work orders.
· Resolve basic customer product and technical problems
· Track and resolve any issues that arise on a project or job site.
· Maintain proper paperwork to meet the needs of MSHA/ OSHA on any job site.
· Aid in the billing progression to include down payments, progressive billings and final invoicing.
· Other duties assigned as the position evolves to meet MPCS needs.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND REQUIREMENTS:
· High School diploma or equivalent required
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· 3+ years experience in supervising job site work
· Knowledge and experience in Aggregate industry preferred
· Experience working with Independent Contractors
· Experience utilizing Microsoft Office
· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
· Effective communication skills (written, oral)
· Ability to prioritize duties and exhibit initiative
· Strong organizational skills
· Highly motivated and self-starter
· Ability and willingness to travel as needed
· Strong computer skills

WORKING CONDITIONS AND ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in an office and field environment. Office hours are from 7:00am to 5:00pm with occasional needs outside standard business hours to accommodate meetings, training and projects. Some travel and overnight stays may be required. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable people with disabilities to perform the essential functions. This position requires driving a company vehicle, and will be required to maintain a clean driving record and pass pre-employment background check and drug testing.
