Requirements and Qualifications:
Flexible Hours
2 - 3 years Customer Service Experience, 3 consecutive years of Security experience, 2-3 Leadership, management,
Excellent Leadership, Computer literacy, Payroll System and Scheduling experience, Effective communications(email, phone, txt) skills for all levels of leadership, Microsoft program efficiency is required.
Ability to manage 15 direct reports.
Job duties: Creating/Checking badges, Patrolling all levels of the clients business, Managing tours for guests.
As a Site Manager you will be performing a variety of management functions while providing direction to Lead Security Supervisors on requirements, priorities of work and coordinating any necessary needs of the site. If you have experience in positions like Operations Manager, Site Supervisor or Account Manager this role is a great fit for you; if not, this is an exciting introduction to a career in the security industry.
