Sanford Federal, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at various recreation sites near Wyoming. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that waste collection activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulations. Your duties will include managing personnel, coordinating logistics, and addressing any issues that arise during operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee waste collection activities at designated recreation sites.
- Ensure that all operations comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Supervise personnel and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Coordinate logistics, including scheduling pickups and managing resources.
- Address any issues or concerns that arise during operations in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to site operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in waste management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
