Site Manager at Mt. Gilead Office
The Site Manager will be responsible for supervising the front office functions, building safety and security and daily building maintenance. The Site Manager should be able to prioritize, problem solve and work independently. The individual in this position will be considered a member of the agency’s Operational Leadership team. The Site Manager will also provide agency-wide administrative support, including being the agency point of contact for all releases of information. The Site Manager will be responsible for supporting multiple staff and will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer. This position is mostly internally focused but also works with external contractors and vendors to maintain seamless agency business operations.
The schedule for this position is currently: Monday-Thursday, full-time, 10 hour shifts (subject to change)Syntero is in search of a Site Manager to fill an open position at its new office in Mt. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, the ability to communicate effectively with individuals with behavioral health care needs, the ability to create a welcoming, safe and efficiently managed environment for clients, family members, visitors and staff, the ability to develop efficiencies which results in time savings, cost savings and improved customer service processes and the ability to problem solve with minimal supervision. The position will reside primarily at the agency’s Mount Gilead office, but some travel may be required to our other offices.
