Job Description:
- 7 - 10 years experience Costing
- Must experience in either manufacturing domain or Automotive domain.
- Must experience in Should Cost Analysis through tool aPriori
- Design-to-Cost approaches: New Product Introductions
- Detailed Cost Analysis (Should Costing) and Manufacturing Sequence of build to print Parts
- Manufacturing processes: Casting / Forgings / Sheet Metal / Stampings / Electronics (any of this)
- Negotiation with Suppliers: Global supply base
- Perform technical calculations on parts and simple assemblies
- Cycle time calculations, MHR calculations- Cost analysis by cost element distributions
- Product costing-For EV vehicles, Automotive, BIW, Castings, Transmissions, Wiring Harness etc.
- Good to have CAD knowledge
