Form of workLandmark has an opportunity for aShop Welder to join our team. This position performs tasks related to welding steel safely, efficiently, and to Landmark's quality standards.
- FCAW gas shielded wire flat, vertical, horizontal, and overhead positions
- Arc gouge flat, vertical, horizontal, and overhead positions
- Oxy/acetylene torch work
- Understanding or reading of drawings and/or blueprints
Other Functions:
- Overhead cranes and other heavy construction equipment
- Rigging knowledge
- Safe operation of construction tools and equipment
- Grinding and sanding
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of similar experience of progressive responsibility
- Experience with OSHA and other regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Experience with discipline-specific industry standards (API, ASME, AWWA, NACE, ACI, etc.)
Certifications:
- Welder Certification
- CPR and First Aid Certification Preferred
Compensation:
- Compensation is determined by your level of expertise and performance in the welding test (with a potential rate of Up to $28 per hour).
