Lee Spring, a global manufacturing company based in Brooklyn for over 100 years, is seeking a Shipping/Recieving Clerk. As a Shipping and Recieving Clerk at Lee Spring, you'll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect record incoming shipments
- Verify accuracy of shipments against packing slips or purchase orders
- Unpack and properly store incoming inventory
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and arranging transportation
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and products
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed
Skills:
- Experience in shipping and receiving or a related field preferred
- Proficient in warehouse equipment
- Knowledge of order fulfillment processes and procedures
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and calculations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $18.54 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
