Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and put away all production material.
• Complete receiving transactions in SAP.
• Perform incoming quality inspections per SOPs on select material that's on IQA list.
• Fill out labelling and shipping FRMs according to SOPs.
• Package and crate finished goods to prepare them for shipment.
• Pick parts for cable kits and accessories for orders.
• Label parts and packages for shipment.
• Generate shipments for both domestic and international shipments.
• Complete shipping related transactions in SAP.
• Create Commercial Invoices and other documentation for international shipments.
• Schedule shipments and follow up on status.
• Perform cycle counts on inventory.
• Organize shipping/receiving warehouse.
• Other task as needed to support manufacturing team.

Basic Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
• 3 + Years' experience in Shipping &/or Receiving in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience completing receiving &/or shipping transactions in an ERP system preferably SAP.
• Can lift packages up to 75 lbs.
• Must be physically present on-site at Durham location during working hours.
