Shift: Night Shift, Sunday Night to Friday Morning, 10:00pm to 6:30am
Purpose of This Position:
To accurately and efficiently service our customers.
Major Duties:
- Oracle and K2 shipment responsibilities.
- Schedule and dispatch company trucks and drivers.
- Prepare and ready delivery documents.
- Traffic KPI tracking.
- Continuous improvement.
- Backup Receiving Clerk Physical Check down of inbound material.
- Direct Truck drivers to Bays to unload through effective communication with Warehouse and driver.
- Coordinate and manage Inbound Receiving schedule as needed.
- Check down of Inbound Outside processing orders.
Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must have an eye for detail and be able to multi-task without hesitation.
- Minimum of 2 years in shipping department or related applicable experience preferred.
- Must be proficient with personal computers, word processing, spreadsheets, database, e-mail, and other related software.
- Previous customer service experience and knowledge of Lean and Kaizen principles preferred.
