Shipping Clerk - 1St Shift (8Am - 445Pm & 10Am - 645Pm)

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and motivated Shipping Clerk to join our team! As a Shipping Clerk, you will be responsible for monitoring and processing outgoing deliveries of our company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Keep records of goods that have been shipped and received, preparing regular shipping and receiving reports for supervisor

• Tracking & Updating the status of shipments

• Troubleshooting Shipping Issues

• Verify all counts, quantities, and descriptions of products prior to putting
• into finished goods.

• Timely and accurate completion of paperwork associated with the movement of
• product and materials.

• Responsible for the general cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Perform regular inventory and cycle counts.
• Safely fill forklift propane tanks.
• Assist other departments as needed.
• Work in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and
• procedures.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift experience strongly
• preferred.

• Ability to read a tape measure and have basic math, reading, writing and
• computer skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, have mechanical aptitude, a
• desire to learn manufacturing processes, and a desire to advance.

• Possess a strong sense of teamwork and caring for the safety of yourself and
• others.

• Ability to work safely and comply with all safety regulations.
• Must be available to overtime when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
