Shipping and Receiving

Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify the contents against purchase orders or invoices
- Inspect packages for damage and report any discrepancies or issues to the appropriate personnel
- Utilize RF scanners to accurately track and record inventory movements
- Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling items according to customer specifications
- Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment and techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment
- Assist in inventory management, including cycle counting and reconciling discrepancies
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations

Qualifications:

- Must be Forklift certified

-Must be bilingual
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in Shipping and Receiving or warehouse operations preferred
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and calculations
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
