Responsibilities and Duties:
- Receiving packages which includes verifying packing slip against equipment, sorting and coding line items per equipment type, and department.
- Ship packages which includes verifying packing slip against equipment, packing equipment, and setting up shipments for UPS, FedEx, pickup, and delivery.
- Delivering equipment to our customers on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday where the route is the same each day of the week, and it is completed during normal business hours. Valid, clean driving record required.
- Cleaning equipment prior to moving to calibration laboratories.
- Performs visual inspections of calibrated equipment to ensure proper paperwork and labeling.
- Accomplishes quality and organization mission by completing related tasks.
- Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs and, inputs data into quality database.
- Attends meetings as required.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Attention to detail is required, organized, problem-solving
- Excellent communication, and team player
- Experience preferred, or we will train the right person
- Computer and ability to type
- Lift 50 lbs.
