Fulltime: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Mon – Fri
Pay rate: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour.

Summary:
As the shipping and Receiving Coordinator you will manage all incoming and outgoing shipments for Yanke Bionics. This will include receiving all items, updating receiving notes, scanning material bills, matching to purchase orders, and distributing to appropriate locations. You will pull stock items create new bills, monitor supplies, complete job logs, count inventory, track office supplies, enter batched orders into Excel, advise of rush orders, and create invoices and sales orders.
What you will do:

• Manages all Yanke Bionics Shipping through USPS and other systems.
• Processes all Yanke Bionics mail through the postage machine and ensures the postage machine is operable and filled.
• Receives all items and devices sent to the lab by various offices, distributes to appropriate locations, updates receiving notes, and scans the Bill of materials in the Medflex System.
• Receives all UPS packages, matches to purchase orders, distributes to the appropriate location, and logs receiving notes in the Medflex System.
• Emails or faxes purchase orders to satellite offices.
• Pulls stock items listed on the Bill of Materials from inventory and logs information in the Medflex System.
• Provides coverage by creating a new Bill of Materials from Pros Purchase Requisition.
• Monitors Pros Room and allows entry of Clinicians and Lab staff to get supplies.
• Pulls supplies as listed, completes job, logs notes in the Medflex System, and ships to appropriate satellite offices.
• Monitors all inventory in Buffer, on-call shelf, Pros Stock, FO material, and Room 9.
• Responsible for tracking and counting all inventory.
• Pulls inventory for 303, Hospital Van, and satellite offices.
• Monitors and pulls all office supplies for the entire company.
• Orders, monitors, pulls Yanke Bionics printed forms.
• Refills paper in copier and in Admin area.
• Creates daily FO batches, inputs all batches into a master Excel Spreadsheet, and communicates with offices regarding rush requests and jobs needed.
• Advises satellite offices when rush jobs are complete.
• Pulls all completed jobs, checks to make sure it is correct, sends to the appropriate office, logs notes in the Medflex System, and logs all jobs in the master Excel Spreadsheet.
• Creates invoices, communicates order status, and tracks purchase orders not received for all CFAB sales orders.
• Performs other duties as required.

What you will need:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Accurately sort, count and verify items received.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and Inventory Software to maintain records.
• State motor vehicle operator permit to operate a forklift is preferred.
• Must be able to traverse warehouse and access a variety of storage spaces and shelving units by stretching, squatting, and reaching.
• Able to lift 25 pounds at a time.
• Work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures in the warehouse and on the loading dock.
• Effectively communicate both in writing and verbally in English.
• Experience using Medflex System is a plus.
• Resolve problems, and prioritize multiple duties.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Working knowledge of standard office equipment, phone, fax, computer, printer/scanner.
