OBJECTIVE:
Assisting in coordinating the movement of goods into and out of DayGlo both physically and in our business systems (ERP, TMS). This position will work closely with other departments within the organization, outside vendors, and carriers.

OBJECTIVE:
Assisting in coordinating the movement of goods into and out of DayGlo both physically and in our business systems (ERP, TMS). This position will work closely with other departments within the organization, outside vendors, and carriers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Use UPS Worldship to print tracking labels for daily shipments.
- Update Daily Log Sheet, schedule carriers, print address labels for orders and distribute to shipping employees.
- Create daily shipping paperwork and labels and prepare picked pallets for shipment.
- Book loads in TMS for orders shipping the following day.
- Continually answer dock phone, gate buzzer throughout the day. Sign for small package deliveries and distribution.
- Create shipping paperwork for customer orders.
- Direct truck drivers on steps for unloading / loading at our facility.
- Schedule collect carriers for outbound orders.
- Manage orders in ERP/TMS across the warehouse network.
- Perform ERP receipt transactions ensuring product is received in good condition and packing slips match actual received product.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Detailed, accurate, and organized.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be a Team Player- collaborative and maintain positive employee relations.
- Experience with computer systems (ERP, TMS, WMS) a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- High school diploma, college degree preferred.
