Provides communication and coordination of Shipping and Receiving materials and acts as a liaison between Manufacturing Services, Customer Service and the Production Planning departments. Responsible for coordinating cycle counts quarterly. This position maintains the administrative duties associated with domestic and export routing of finished goods, shipments and the routing of raw materials, for delivery. This position is also responsible for the warehousing, locating and staging of raw and finished good materials and maintaining the accuracy of its inventory. This position works with carriers to coordinate the routing of raw materials between all plants.
Essential Functions:
•Coordinate the deliveries and shipments of raw materials; finished goods and cylinders.
•Tracing and Tracking of in-bound containers and support for the Warehouse/Logistics Manager
•Back up to the FTZ Coordinator. Process FTZ materials in the FTZ system.
•Prepare shipping packing list and bills of lading for domestic shipments and coordinate carriers for delivery
•Prepare shipping packing list and bills of lading for export shipments.
•Lead in inventory cycle counting of raw materials, wip, and finished goods.
•Working with Warehouse Manager, Finance and Production Coordinator to reconcile inventory
•Internal receipt movement and warehousing of finished goods and raw materials.
•Expedite shipments to customers during unexpected stock-outs.
•Coordinates inventory movements of consumables and pilot plant materials.
•Coordinate the shipment of finished goods to customers.
•Receive raw materials in the system.
•Prioritize and coordinate shipping material handler's daily activities.
•Communicate with Customer Service, Production Planning and Manufacturing to coordinate Shipping and Receiving materials.
•Load/unload/ship/store raw materials and finished goods.
•Read and confirm in a timely manner: JSA, work instructions, and quality documents.
•Follow all Tekni plant safety rules and regulations
•Maintain good housekeeping practices.
•Perform related duties as assigned by Warehouse Manager
QUALIFICATIONS
Essential Requirements:
•AAS degree in Business with 2 years' work experience in warehousing and trafficking.
•4 years' work experience in warehousing and trafficking

•Proficient with PC applications (Excel, Word, Lotus Notes, Outlook, Iren, PRM.)

WORKING CONDITIONS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, vibration and/or toxic, flammable chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Must be GMP compliant with gowning and proper attire/uniforms (i.e., head/shoe/beard covers and eye protection). May be required to wear ear plugs occasionally. Occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions.
