Shipping and Receiving Clerk plus data entry

The Shipping and Receiving Clerk will handle incoming and outgoing packages in the warehouse. Job duties include packaging and weighing items, printing shipping labels, calculating postage, and inspecting merchandise for accuracy and potential damage. Additional duties include Data Entry, inventory management and keeping accurate records.

Key qualifications include but are not limited to:

• Flexible and able to work well under pressure – willing to work at a fast pace.
• Organized and detail oriented. Focused. Dependable.
• Good computer skills – Microsoft Office including Excel and Data Entry.
• Good written communication skills (both internally with our TEAM and externally as the job may require.)
• Ability to think outside the box and gather information for a project that needs to be completed in a timely manner.
• Strong Problem-Solving Skills.
• Discretion of all information available to you at your job.
• Prior warehouse experience (preferred) but will train.
• Forklift experience and certification a plus but will train.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Exceptional organizational skill.

We offer on-the-job training. Work experience is beneficial, especially in warehousing and shipping. Applicant must have organizational skills and computer proficiency to be successful in this job. Experience in business administration or logistics a plus.
