Shop Data Entry Clerk

We have an immediate opening for someone with excellent attention to detail and Data Entry skills!

Hours: 8 hours per day during normal business hours, flexibility on starting and ending times

Wage: $15/hr starting wage

Purpose: Will assist the Shop with Data Entry of work orders, invoices, information on new equipment and more into a computer system to allow the department to better track inventory, costs, and pull reports.

Duties:

• Process incoming data
• Verify accuracy of data
• Updating, tracking and continued accuracy of account information and assets.
• Performing administrative tasks, such as e-mails, follow up with data related questions or tasks
• Handling interactions and concerns quickly and professionally
• Evaluating data entered to ensure it is captured and entered correctly
• Other duties as assigned

Experience & Qualifications:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Computer and internet skills
• Organizational Skills
• Skilled in typing and Data Entry
• Attentive to details
