Position Overview:
We're looking for an enthusiastic Entry-Level Shipping and Receiving Associate to strengthen our manufacturing team. This role is pivotal in our logistics operations, focusing primarily on shipping, receiving, and inventory management, alongside an opportunity to experience the workings of our state-of-the-art production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize Shipping and Receiving tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Package products for shipment, adhering strictly to shipping protocols.
- Generate shipping paperwork.
- Receive, reconcile, and organize inventory.
- Master our Airtable-based production planning system.
- Replenish Kanban bins with necessary parts for continuous production flow.
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of our product range and their specifications for better handling and inventory management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems and basic software (Email, MS Word, Excel preferred).
- Must be highly reliable and self-motivated.
- Must successfully pass a background and drug test.

Schedule:
- Full-time position.
- Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.
