Salary- Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders or invoices
- Inspect and record any damages or discrepancies in shipments
- Sort, label, and store items in the warehouse according to established procedures
- Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness of orders
- Utilize AS400 or other inventory management systems to track and update inventory levels
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks to load and unload trucks or move items within the warehouse
-Operate a hi-lo
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any shipping or receiving issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
```Requirements```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in Shipping and Receiving or warehouse operations preferred
- Familiarity with AS400 or other inventory management systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping
- Ability to lift heavy objects and operate equipment such as pallet jacks
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and external partners
