Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Shipping and Receiving Specialist with delivery responsibilities as needed. As a Shipping and Receiving Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of our commercial print facility. This is a crucial position that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Perform order fulfillment duties, including packing, and shipping of customer orders
- Utilize Presswise system for all jobs and to remain aware of the work that is in progress

- Pack orders with care always keeping quality and customer front of mind
- Receive incoming shipments, inspect for damages, and verify accuracy of contents
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outgoing shipments utilizing UPS and USPS programs
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization

- Drive box truck and/or van to deliver customer orders as needed

Skills:
- Experience with Shipping and receiving processes, including order tracking, packing, and shipping
- Proficiency with technology, USPS and UPS shipping programs
- Excellent communicator
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform basic math calculations
- Knowledge of commercial print preferred
- Ability to operate forklift

- Excellent driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
