SalaryLHRC is looking for a dependable Shift Supervisor for our Baton Rouge location!
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Shift Supervisor position requires the demonstrated ability to provide direction and support to the Direct Care Staff in the supervision development, and implementation of treatment plans, utilization of community service systems, and training and continued evaluation of staff and program. Work is performed with considerable independence of action under the general supervision of the Home Manager, or Clinical Director and Executive Director.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for recommendations to the Home Manager and Clinical Director regarding final decisions on admissions and/or
- Gathers, complies, and reports information to the Home Manager and Clinical Director which is necessary for the initiation of periodic review of programs and individual treatment plans.
- Provide information and/or prepares reports on program operations to funding agencies, the board and other appropriate persons upon request.
- Provide assistance to the Home Manager in the administration and supervision of recruitment, hiring, training and evaluation of staff and volunteers.
- Assist in the delegation of appropriate duties and responsibilities to paraprofessional

- Serves as an advocate for the individual served by the agency and protect the integrity of the program.
