### Job Summary:

We are seeking a BILLINGUAL ,motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of our establishment. Your strong leadership skills and culinary knowledge will contribute to the success of our team and the satisfaction of our customers.

### Duties:

- Manage and supervise a team of employees during assigned shifts

- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards

- Oversee food preparation and ensure quality and consistency

- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and standards

- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed

- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner

- Collaborate with other managers to develop and implement strategies for improving operations

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

### Experience: BILLINGUAL*****

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry

- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
