Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain Sheet Metal components and systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout requirements
- Measure, cut, shape, and fabricate Sheet Metal using hand tools and power equipment
- Install ductwork, vents, and other HVAC components
- Inspect and troubleshoot Sheet Metal systems for defects or malfunctions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a Sheet Metal apprenticeship program or relevant work experience
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of Sheet Metal fabrication techniques and tools
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and components
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
