Qualifications and Skills

• 5 years of Sheet Metal fabrication experience
• Ability to setup and operate manual hydraulic and mechanical brake press
• Ability to read and interpret blue prints
• Ability to take direction and catch on quickly
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced environment
• Highly motivated
• Capable of generating accurate dimensional measurements
• Facilitate work efficiently while maintaining an orderly work environment with clean equipment
• Capable of lifting heavy parts
• Committed to working mandatory overtime
• Experience with shears, punch press, rolling equipment, and cold saw will position candidate higher for consideration
