The Digital Marketing Manager plays a critical role within Shaw Contract by driving the strategy and creating tools that are market differentiators. Each digital initiative, internal or external, is created and executed in a way that satisfies our customer’s desire to work more efficiently while supporting efforts to drive business objectives of growth in all verticals.
The Digital Marketing Manager will operate in the current environment and as a futurist, influencing our investment in technologies that are currently used and those that we should be using to ensure we are first to market with solutions. Performing and leveraging market research will inform initiatives. The Digital Marketing Manager will lead an existing team to support these initiatives.
This position will work on a hybrid schedule out of our Create Centre campus in Cartersville, GA.

A mindset that encompasses understanding of our digital ecosystem and how our existing systems and tools will support the business through their lifecycle and eventual replacement.
Strong project management skills that keep projects on-time through inception, budgeting, implementation, and activation.
Additional functional activities include lead generation through CMS tools, website traffic growth, account manager tools with the CRM, Google Analytics, Account Based Management Tools and email marketing.
4 years bachelor’s degree in marketing or IT related field
Strong project management and business acumen skills.
CRM experience required.
Ability to work in Cartersville, GA on a hybrid schedule.
Travel up to 15%
This position may be filled as a senior level role based on experience.
