Southwest Florida Christian Academy is seeking a self-motivated, efficient Help Desk Technician that agrees with the Mission and Core Values of the school. Applicant must be a born-again Christian that has excellent people skills and up-to-date knowledge of computer software and hardware systems. The Help Desk Technician will serve as the first point of contact for end-users experiencing technical issues and provide hardware and software-based support for the school. An associate degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred or 2+ years' work experience in a school environment. However, candidates with an applicable certification with equivalent work experience may be considered.
