Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your 3+ years of sales experience to engage customers and close sales.
- Leverage your 2+ years of retail experience to provide exceptional service and support to our valued customers.
- Draw upon your years of customer service experience to build lasting relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Close high-ticket sales by effectively presenting product features and benefits.
- Assist customers in finding the perfect sewing supplies and equipment to meet their needs.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
- 2+ years of retail experience, with a strong understanding of retail operations.
- 10+ years of customer service experience, with a track record of delivering exceptional service.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sewing experience is a huge plus but not a deal breaker.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic retail setting.
Compensation:
- Hourly wage plus commission.

Pay: $13.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
