We’re looking for a Settlement Analyst to work with our client’s A&L Food! A&L Food prepares retail and institutional specialty groceries. Earn up to $23/hr.

Pay Rate: Earn up to $18-23/hr. based on experience
Available Shift Times:

- First Shift: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily settlement activities.
- Compile and record sales invoices.
- Verify accuracy of data, including prices, quantities, and dates.
- Resolve discrepancies as they are discovered
- Responsible for organizing and analyzing data from available data sources to support reporting, projects and initiatives
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all settlements
- Ensure timely settlement of all activity and report any delays or issues to relevant parties
- Liaising with internal departments and other third parties to resolve settlement issues
- Regular attendance and punctuality.
- Other duties as needed/assigned.
Key Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and interpersonal, and the ability to discuss technical issues with non-technical staff.
- Experience with data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- Outstanding attention to detail and ability to spot errors
- Strong Excel skills and experience with Microsoft Suite.
- Experience with Microsoft accounting software is a plus
- Must be a self-starter and demonstrate initiative.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
