Summary
Perdue AgriBusiness has an opportunity for an Grain Settlement Clerk at our facility located in Salisbury, MD
This position is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support for the Shared Services Team

Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Printing/mailing of farmer & supplier settlement sheets
- Contract Management – printing, obtaining signatures by Merchandisers, scanning and mailing
- Grain Warehouse ticket entry and application
- Daily Spot Ticket Audit
- Special check handling- front desk checks, overnight mailing, and pull and voids.
- Distribution of physical mail
- Outstanding Check list follow-up
- Assistance with Freight Carrier POD scanning and release of payments
- Ordering of office supplies, printer and copier supplies and service calls
- Other administrative duties as assigned by Supervisor
Minimum Education
- High School or equivalent
- Coursework in accounting and business
Experience Requirements
- 1 - 5 years of related experience
Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements
- Normal climate controlled office environment
- Able to communicate on the telephone and use standard office equipment
- Able to move freely throughout the facility
