Leads, manages and integrates day-to-day execution of project activities in accordance with contract requirements and is responsible for technical, schedule, cost, and financial performance.
Manages risk, customer, and key stakeholder relationships.
Ensures compliance with quality standards and escalates challenges to Program Manager.
Supports project staff management.
Serves as the primary customer contact for the project.
Champions performance excellence and continuous service improvement.
Interfaces with task and functional leaders, subcontractors, and support personnel.
Accountable for project delivery (schedule, scope, and budget) and collaboration
Creates and maintains project plans, charters, and status reports
Follows PMO framework, ensures stage gate approvals, and drives the project deliverables/milestones
Responsible for audit deliverables
Conducts weekly status meetings with process stakeholders and project teams
Owns and drives project risk, issues, decisions, and action items. Escalates to Program Manager
as required
Drives UAT, Training, OCM and Implementation activities
Onboard/offboard project resources and facilitate access requests
Acts as a change champion in Organizational Change Management activities
