The ServiceNow Architect plays a pivotal role in shaping the architecture and design of ServiceNow HRSD solutions that support employee, manager, and HR functionalities, including Pay, Personnel, and Benefits. This position requires a strategic thinker who can lead technical teams, engage with executive stakeholders, and drive the development of business cases and growth opportunities.
Primary Responsibilities:
Architect and design comprehensive ServiceNow HRSD solutions for a diverse client base.
Lead and guide technical teams through the implementation and operational phases of HRSD solutions.
Collaborate with executive stakeholders to develop strategic roadmaps and deliver thought leadership.
Contribute to the development of business cases and explore business development opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
Deep understanding and application of technical principles, theories, and concepts related to ServiceNow HRSD.
Proven ability to provide innovative technical solutions to complex issues, with minimal guidance.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecting and designing ServiceNow HRSD solutions, plus a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualifications. Relevant experience can compensate for the lack of a formal degree.
ServiceNow Certified HR Implementation Specialist.
Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in leading the implementation of ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
Extensive experience (8+ years) in engaging with clients and executive stakeholders to define solution requirements, roadmaps, and strategic improvements.
Proficiency in designing integrations and data models, with at least 8 years of experience.
Exceptional customer relationship management skills, with a proven track record of 8+ years in effective communication and engagement.
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional certifications in ServiceNow modules outside of HRSD.
Familiarity with other ServiceNow products and HR technologies (e.g., PeopleSoft HCM, Cornerstone On Demand).
Understanding of Agile development methodologies and a willingness to facilitate knowledge transfer.
Experience working with Federal agencies, understanding their specific requirements and workflows.
