```Duties```
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Schedule appointments and manage the service department's calendar
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Prepare accurate estimates for repairs and obtain customer approval
- Process work orders and invoices
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with completed work
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in automotive service or related field preferred
- Knowledge of auto body repair, suspension, diesel engine repair, brake repair, and other automotive maintenance and repair services
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to effectively communicate with customers
- Familiarity with Auto Repair Shop operations and processes is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer software for scheduling, invoicing, and record keeping
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
