SalaryResponsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Write service orders and accurately document customer concerns and vehicle information
- Communicate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and repair of vehicles
- Upsell additional services and products to customers
- Provide estimates for repairs and obtain customer approval
- Coordinate with parts department to ensure timely delivery of necessary parts
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive service writing or related field preferred
- Knowledge of general vehicle maintenance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively upsell products and services to customers
- Familiarity with auto body repair, mechanics, or automotive sales is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
