Knowledge /Experience/ Requirements:
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Prior fixed route vehicle scheduling experience preferred
- Must be computer and software proficient including use of Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be able to learn Trapeze within 60 days of employment
- Able to manage conflict
- Other related duties as assigned
Skills:
- Must be reliable

- Good communication skills
- Must be able to stand long periods of time, kneel, push, and pick up items up to 50 lbs
- Must pass 7-year background check and ongoing drug screening
Key Accountabilities:
- Organize and assign vehicles based on service needs and priorities using the Trapeze software program
- Partner with maintenance supervisor to enable proper service based on PM schedules, DVIRs, or other maintenance required
- Make on the fly changes based on current service delivery
- Communicate with dispatch as needed for vehicle exchanges
- Coordinate vehicle detailing schedules with sub-contractors
