Knowledge /Experience/ Requirements:

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Prior fixed route vehicle scheduling experience preferred
• Must be computer and software proficient including use of Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must be able to learn Trapeze within 60 days of employment
• Able to manage conflict
• Other related duties as assigned

• Good communication skills
• Must be able to stand long periods of time, kneel, push, and pick up items up to 50 lbs
• Must pass 7-year background check and ongoing drug screening

Key Accountabilities:

• Organize and assign vehicles based on service needs and priorities using the Trapeze software program
• Partner with maintenance supervisor to enable proper service based on PM schedules, DVIRs, or other maintenance required
• Make on the fly changes based on current service delivery
• Communicate with dispatch as needed for vehicle exchanges
• Coordinate vehicle detailing schedules with sub-contractors
