What you will do -
Under general supervision, the Service Warehouse Operator will ship products that may include sub-assemblies, Loaners, Certified Pre-Owned, customer owned units and all other related products to contribute to the completion of a variety of product models. Adheres to safety, quality and quantity standards and follows directions and procedures to meet product and customer specifications.
- Demonstrates the ability to rectify problems encountered, highlights the issue immediately, and seeks assistance from the relevant support staff
- Effective grasp of job duties
- Follow documented instructions
- May work from verbal instructions
- Will be required to comply with documentation procedures
- Demonstrate acceptable dependability
- Maintain orderly, compliant workstation.
- On-time completion of all required training
- Understands and follows Handbook rules and code of conduct
- Understands and uses material flow processes accurately
What you need –
- 2 years of experience - required
- High school diploma/GED - required
- Some receiving or shipping experience desired - preferred
- Basic math and writing skills.
- Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/ or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
