SalarySB Specialty Metals LLC has an opening for a WAREHOUSE SAW OPERATOR and material handling individual in our Troy, MI Facility. This position will be responsible for the cutting of steel to order specifications and performing material handling duties. This position is currently open for 2nd SHIFT with training being held during day shift. The hours for 2nd SHIFT are 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm Monday through Friday with a 30 min lunch. Starting pay is $21/hr with opportunity to earn an additional $2/hr based on pre-determined metrics.
CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND VERIFICATION AND MEDICAL PHYSICAL/DRUG TEST
Our qualifications are as follows:
Minimum Education - High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Preference given to candidates with Industrial warehouse experience, forklift and saw operation experience
Strong mathematical skills
Familiar with decimals & fractions
Must have ability to measure & read instruments.
