Position Overview: As a Porsche Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing Porsche vehicles to the highest standards of quality and precision. You will work closely with our service team to ensure that each customer's vehicle receives expert care and attention. Key responsibilities include performing routine maintenance, conducting thorough inspections, identifying and troubleshooting mechanical issues, and utilizing state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment to ensure accurate repairs. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in ongoing training programs to stay current with Porsche technologies and advancements, further enhancing your expertise in servicing their vehicles. With a dedication to excellence and a passion for automotive craftsmanship, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service experiences to our valued customers, reinforcing our dealership's reputation as a premier Porsche dealer.
Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Diagnostics: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to identify mechanical and electrical issues in Porsche vehicles accurately.
• Routine Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks to ensure optimal vehicle performance and longevity.
• Repair and Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough inspections and troubleshooting procedures to diagnose, repair and test drive complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems efficiently with genuine Porsche parts, adhering to manufacturer specifications and quality standards.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with service advisors, parts department staff, and other technicians to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service operations.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest Porsche technologies, service procedures, and industry trends through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain the Porsche standards of excellence, workmanship and attention to detail in all service and repair tasks, ensuring customer safety, satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

• Prior certifications such as ASE or Porsche Bronze/Silver/Gold are a plus
• Strong automotive background
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with great communication skills
• Valid driver's license required
