The Role at a Glance – Bill Jacobs BMW MINI Service Support Manager
We are excited to add a Service Support Manager to join our team. The Service Support Manager is a self-motivated and inspirational leader primarily responsible for ensuring service drive, car wash, loaner vehicle, lot, facility, and customer service area administration with efficiency and productivity in a safe environment.

What you'll be doing
- Effectively manages lot, facility, inventory, car wash, loaner vehicle, and customer service operations.
- Leads and supervises up to 50+ full-time and part-time team members for optimal performance and excellent customer service.
- Successfully recruits, trains, develops, and retains qualified team members; identifies talent for succession opportunities, and maintains performance, safety, and customer service standards.
- Serves as a trusted leader and mentor, swiftly and adeptly addressing employee relations issues and providing constructive performance feedback.
- Ensures appropriate coverage, ensuring proper staffing during unexpected time off and PTO while limiting overtime for full-time team members.
- Maintains the security of all organization assets.
