Desktop and M365 Support Analyst
Transitioning to a new Microsoft Tenant and fully independent Desktop Management.
Our IT Ops team will take on all desktop and M365 support and it will be a significant transition to our staff
We need someone with good communication skills, excellent customer service skills, and an even/calm presence to support our staff through the initial transition and the new ongoing support processes.
Expected Skills:
Able to work without assistance; can provide leadership to others; able to manage highly complex work efforts; may have advanced education; may have extensive industry experience.
Description:
- Technical assistance, support, and advice to end users for hardware, software, and systems
- Hands-on technical and functional assistance to business and technical users
- Remote technical and functional assistance to business and technical users
- Support of the Office 365 environment (administration and useage)
- Able to support remote PC setup and application installation
- Will be on-site for a portion of the week to support hands-on users
