Job Title: Customer Representative
Duties:
- Inventory Management
- Interact with customers to provide information and assistance regarding products and services
- Handle customer inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Assist with shipping and removing parts
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Management of schedules of service technician
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Detail-oriented with organizational skills
