Service Representative

Job Title: Customer Representative

Duties:

• Inventory Management
• Interact with customers to provide information and assistance regarding products and services
• Handle customer inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges
• Assist with shipping and removing parts
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Management of schedules of service technician

Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Detail-oriented with organizational skills
