SalaryPort City Nissan has an immediate opening for a full-time Service Receptionist to join the team.
Responsibilities include:
- Cash out all Service and Parts customers
- Closing Repair Orders and Parts Slips.
- Receiving sales deposits and daily draw reconciliation
- Answers and directs all incoming calls, answering basic inquiries, and taking messages.
- Creating service appointments for customers.
- Customer follow up calls.
- Additional clerical and accounting functions as needed
- Keep the waiting area and coffee bar clean and stocked.
Qualifications include:
- Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple phone lines at once.
- Dealership experience required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
