Form of workThe Tesla Asset Management Team is seeking a motivated Service Operations Specialist, Energy & Charging Service to support all operational aspects of Service business operations including contract coordination, service delivery, cashflow management, and customer issue resolution.
You will partner with our Tesla Commercial B2B Asset Management teams and use established processes to facilitate operations reviews, approval processes for deviations, handle all post-service delivery action items including accurate invoicing, reporting and tracking and partake in business process improvements.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role that directly support business growth and accelerate world’s transition to sustainable energy. You will also be the subject-matter-expert for key deals, ensure all customer, deal and business data in various Tesla internal systems are accurate and up to date.
