Job Summary/Objective
KETOS is looking for a highly motivated, independent and responsible Service Operations Coordinator team member to be part of our dynamic and diverse group. This position requires embracing challenges and making a difference in a fast-paced environment. As a Service Operations Coordinator team member at our company, you will be the backbone of smooth-running operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead primary EFT project within the company including: sourcing, contracts and growth
- Manage the entire workflow for the assigned project and operations processes
- Maintain and build reports for internal team
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to support project goals
- Identify ways to improve efficiency throughout the various projects
- Handle logistical responsibilities, including supply chain management and customer service
- Create and maintain records for all operational activities and ensure that all documents are filed properly.
- Coordinate with customers regarding service needs and scheduling
- Provide operational logistics support as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask;
- Able to complete tasks with minimal supervision;
- Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Willingness to learn and grow with the Company.
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts and schedules
- Proven work experience as an Operations Coordinator or similar role
- An associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Must be able to lift/pick-up/carry 30 lbs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
